Seniors who are on campus may pick up your regalia at the Williams Bookstore with your Williams ID starting Wed. May 13th and continuing through Monday morning, May 31. The bookstore is open from 10am-6pm Monday-Saturday. They will also be open 12-5pm on Sunday, May 30 and again on Monday May, 31 at 10am for last minute pick-up.
Cap and Gown is required for participation in the Senior Celebration on May 31.
Students who wish to place an order for store pick-up can enter their order through the bookstore website. Once you’ve selected your regalia and are ready to check out, select Williams College Campus ID, then enter your seven-digit ID number without the W at the beginning. The Williams Commencement account will appear. Select the radio button to agree to the terms and conditions and use the “Pay With This” and the charges will be applied to the Williams College Commencement account. In the comments field please enter your height. You will receive an order confirmation email and a secondary notification when your order is ready for pick-up at the store. Please do not request shipping to your Pareksy mailbox.
Seniors planning to participate in the Senior Celebration from a remote location who have an active Williams ID may order their regalia on the Williams Bookstore website for shipping to their location. You will receive an order confirmation email and a secondary notification when your order has shipped.
All members of the Class of 2021, whether on campus or studying remotely, are welcome to pick-up (or order) regalia, as are students who completed their degree requirements in December 2020. Those now on track to complete degree requirements in December 2021 are also welcome to pick-up (or order) regalia if they plan to attend the Senior Celebration.
