Dear Soon-To-Be Graduate,

Enjoy a marvelous graduation weekend, but especially the highlights below.

Pick up caps & gowns:  College BookstoreThursday, May 30, noon. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday, May 31, noon – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, June 1, noon – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday, June 2, 8:00 – 8:45 a.m.  Last minute pickup!

Pick up tickets:  SU Boxes, Paresky Center
Some tickets were misprinted — the Baccalaureate is in Chapin Hall (not Brooks-Rogers)
– but the misprinted tickets are valid for the Baccalaureate in Chapin.

Ivy Exercises:  Assemble in cap & gown on the Frosh Quad (by Williams & Sage).
Saturday, June 1, 12:50 p.m.  Line up pairwise for procession to Library Quad.
Rain plan: Assemble in Towne Field House for a Procession to Lansing Chapman Rink
Unfortunately, you’ll need to watch for email concerning rain plans this year.
After the ceremony, watch the 103rd watch-drop at Thompson Chapel Lawn,
then collect prizes at Commencement Central, Paresky.

Conversation: Saturday, June 1, 3:15 p.m. ‘62CTD MainStage, tickets not needed.
Honorary Degree Recipient Kevin Rooosevelt Moore, professionaly known as Keb’ Mo’

Baccalaureate:  Assemble in cap & gown on Route 2 sidewalk in front of the Faculty House
Saturday, June 1, 4:30 p.m.  Line up for procession to Chapin Hall.
Rain Plan (sadly, could happen): Assemble in Chapin basement for procession upstairs

Commencement:  Assemble in cap & gown on the Frosh Quad (by Williams & Sage).
Sunday, June 2, 9:00 a.m.  Line up alphabetically for procession to Library Quad.

We have rain plans for the Commencement ceremony, but please assume we won’t need them for Sunday. Emails and the commencement website will announce any changes.

President’s Reception:  A lunch buffet for everybody on Chapin Lawn immediately after Commencement (about 12:15 p.m.).
