Baccalaureate Tickets

Dear Seniors,

I hope spring semester is going well for you! I am writing to remind you/alert you to some things related to Commencement!

First, Don’t forget to provide us with the information we need regarding how you’d like your name to appear/be read at Commencement.  Here’s what you need to do:

1) Log in to Student Records to Complete the Graduation Information

(Student Records (tile) > Profile (tile) > Graduation Information)

2) Click on this link to record your Ceremony/Program Name Pronunciation

Please fill out these forms even if you aren’t yet sure whether you’ll be attending Commencement in June. If you do not want your name included in the 2024 Commencement material please send a written request to [email protected].

(Note: if you are a mid-cycle student, you will be included in the Class of 2024 Commencement materials, even if you are not intending to march this coming June. You are eligible to march this year (June 2024) as well as next year (June 2025), so you’ll be included on mailings with next year’s class regardless of what you decide about this year.  If you do not want your name included in the 2024 Commencement material please send a written request to [email protected]..)

Second, Baccalaureate tickets for family/guests (limited to two tickets/student) will be available starting on April 15 (check Daily Messages on April 15 for the link).  Members of the senior class participating in the Baccalaureate procession do not need tickets.  Baccalaureate seating is very limited, so please check with your guests as soon as possible and sign up when you receive the link.  Tickets will be distributed in your Paresky boxes during Senior Week (if you don’t have a Paresky box, we’ll coordinate with you during Senior Week.).

Good luck with the end of the semester!

Best,

Prof. Park
